Smooth, creamy and full of comforting flavour, this Fresh Turmeric Golden Milk is surprisingly easy to make! Plus, it's naturally sweetened and made with whole food ingredients.
Peel and chop the turmeric and ginger root. You'll want to use about a 1-inch hunk of both if you are making a single batch of this recipe.
Place the chopped ginger and turmeric into your blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and warm over low heat for a few minutes. Stir often to prevent any sticking or clumping. Once steam begins to rise, remove from the heat and pour into your favourite mug.
